Unprofessional conduct. I showed up for my appointment on March 28 and the office was closed. The receptionist said that she called me and left a voicemail on March 10th, but I have no record of a call from them in my phone's call history. At the very least, even if they had called me, without a response, they should have used a secondary contact message like email or text message.
Dr Sheila did great work for my teeth 20 years ago. I moved around (to east bay, San Ramon …) after that so have to see other drs. Now I am back with her again! Hope that says all. Just got my deep cleaning done today. Cannot be happier. She and her assistant were so thorough and considerate. Their office is the cleanest, and very modern too. I strongly recommend them.
