This was the most biased and unprofessional mediation experience I could imagine. From the outset, there was no true neutrality — the process was tilted, my concerns were brushed aside, and the other party’s unverified claims were treated as fact. Instead of safeguarding fairness, the mediator’s approach stripped me of any trust in the process and left me with an outcome that was unjust and damaging.
