Absolutely unacceptable experience. I came into the store last night with my service dog (protected under ADA law) and was told I could not be inside with him which is illegal. The manager was extremely rude, nasty, and unprofessional. She even told me that my Doberman should be put in a bag to be allowed in the store. On top of that, she treated my daughter with complete disrespect and told her she couldn’t try on a dress. If I could give zero stars that would be too much. Tonight my husband,his service dog,my two daughters and myself went to the store to look for a dress. The lady immediately was rude to my husband and told him he could not walk around the store. She spoke to him in a condescending way which made me ask the question"who are you talking to"? She then looked at me and said my daughter could not try on a dresses. At this point she called security which we waited for and asked to see the store policy which they could not provide.... read more
