She may know her stuff but do not have your own thoughts and ideas. She and another staff on her team tried to bully and guilt me into HER way. She kept coming back into my hospital room even when I told her to stay out. The next day she sent a nurse friend up and he was doing her mean work. At one point I had to lock myself into the bathroom to get away from her.
Very knowledgeable. Very kind. Very patient.
