I texted the Agency to let them know I was not renewing a certain policy. I used the 800 number that was given to me this year to contact agency. No response to my post acknowledging receipt of my text. A couple days passed and I get an email that my payment was overdue. Then I get a text with same message. I responded saying I did respond 3 days prior. Return text saying that number was not always manned and to use a different 800 number. No worries. Request was acknowledged.
