This place has gone down the tubes. The food is the worse and the service is not better. I'd never eat here again and would advise against it. If I could give zero stars I would. I don't think people that look like I do are appreciated here.
I stopped in to have dinner on Sunday. The young girl at the counter was rude and was too busy on her phone to come to the table to take my order. I finally went to the counter to order after waiting at the table for 20 minutes. The food is always excellent, however, the service seems to be lacking when the young girls are working. Maybe implement a no phone policy and the service would be better.
This place is convenient & has a lot of food options & a nice dine in area. But.. they don’t season their cheesesteaks at all & it makes for an extremely bland sandwich which is a bummer because it seems like a high quality meat. It’s not difficult to keep a shaker next to the grill with equal parts salt & pepper & some garlic powder. Very disappointed.
