Like many restaurants do, this one has followed suit and matured into what we call “the I don’t care” phase. Meaning they don’t get our orders right (many times) and when we’ve called to tell them, the teenagers they hire just laugh on the phone because there’s no consequences to them, then we sit on hold for 20+ mins because they’re “too busy” [to speak to a customer]. It’s unfortunate but any restaurant that loses touch with who made them successful (their customers) and does nothing to make errors right? Guess we’ll send ... read more
