Very rude and judgmental. Did not feel welcome during our video visit. Would not recommend her for those seeking an empathetic doctor who will actually listen to you.
I was 19 minutes late for my appointment because of transportation issues. Traveled for over an hour. I pled with the front desk, however they said Dr. Passias wouldn't see me. Definitely won't be rescheduling my appointment with her after that.
Dr. Passias is excellent. I had a very high blood pressure scare, and I saw her the day after I was in the ER. I don't usually say much, but I asked her a lot of questions, and she was patient, empathetic and clear at explaining things. I also have a disk issue and she had me x-rayed and gave me a referral for physical therapy. I couldn't have been happier with my visit.
Terrible patient care. Rude. Purposefully unhelpful and dodging. Do. Not. Waste your time.
