horrible when it comes to warranty experience.. i bought several maybe six transmissions for my company last transmission failed 3 week ago the NJ store said they were reaching out to their warranty department never did 3 weeks later warranty department in connecticut is calling me and emailing me they are rude they don’t know what the hell is going on the claim it cant be there fault u gotta sent the transmission all the way back to connecticut just a janky and coperate is really ignorant on the phone they do realize there ... read more
