Sadly, my experience with Cameron Blinds has been very unsatisfactory. While they were prompt in selling and installing our awning, which has functioned well for three years, it recently malfunctioned. Obtaining a repair service has been difficult. I have been unable to resolve the issue after six weeks and the awning remains inoperative. I am unclear about their service process and the reason for the delay. We are very happy with our alfresco blinds. Camerons were fantastic to deal with, we received excellent service from Chris, Zarn, Jimmy, Ethan, Luke and Madison.
Cameron's blinds and Awnings have been fantastic to deal with from start to finish, the quote appointment was easy with no overselling or pushiness, just a this will do the job perfectly. The wait time was quicker than advised even though it was over Christmas which was great. The office staff weee super friendly and efficient no muckin around called with dates and times on the ready! Amazing service from Cameron’s, staff are so helpful nothing is too much trouble. Always kept in the loop with the full process. Text messages sent to say approx arrival times. Camerons supplied and installed sunblinds to my home. The most recent was remote controlled blinds fitted to the second storey windows. The blinds function brilliantly and look so good. I have no hesitation in suggesting Camerons Blinds should be your first port of call should you be considering installing sunblinds to your home.
