No follow up. Had a video visit scheduled with a provider and only ever spoke to a nurse practitioner. Was referred for bloodwork and it took a month and a half of calling emailing and messaging to get them to get me my paperwork so I could go to the lab of my choosing instead of quest. (They seemed very adamant I use quest for some reason and would only send the request directly to them) after I was finally able to complete the bloodwork I never heard a thing about results. This is the best clinic ever!! I have had nothing but great experiences here. Everyone has been so pleasant, informative, & great communicators. You never get lost in the shuffle. 10/10 recommend. It's a bit hard to find (I saw another interview alluded to this), but it's not too bad at all - it's located in the basement and underneath the lovely boys & girls club.
Very unclear parking or signage to find this practice. After driving around the building numerous times and parking in a side lot, I went into the wrong door. I called scheduler to ask for directions and let them know I was there trying to find them. They spoke to me as I walked around the building, into an alleyway and made my way into the office for the first time. Once I finally made it, they told me I would now need to reschedule as it was over the 10 minute “late time” So frustrating
