I lived at Cameron Square for almost two years, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. From day one, the management team was kind, professional, and respectful. The community felt safe, welcoming, and well-kept, and the amenities were top-notch. The only minor downside was that parking was a bit overpriced, but that was far outweighed by everything else this place offers. Cameron Square is among the best managed apartments I’ve ever lived in during the 20 years I rented in NYC and other smaller cities. I was especially impressed with Maria who works in the leasing office. She’s so poised and smart with excellent judgment. I noticed residents always tried to find her to resolve any complicated or frustrating issues.
Working with Luis, Gerson and Chris was an absolute pleasure. They were knowledgeable, communicative, and extremely professional. I highly recommend them and the Cameron Square team!
I love how quiet it is. People mind their own business. Yet, there is an eloquent level of friendliness/neighborly niceness. The staff are solid (shout out to Maria in the front of office) and they really hold it down. 10/10 would recommend💪🏾
My experience living in these apartments was pleasant overall. However, I moved out four months ago and still have not received my $250 deposit back. What disappoints me the most is that the management and staff have been ignoring my messages and emails. This lack of communication is very frustrating and has left a negative impression after an otherwise good stay.
