So my 25-year-old Echo chainsaw—an aging, two-stroke relic with the temperament of a washed-up prizefighter—decided it was done cooperating. Wouldn’t stay running. Great local place, Kyle was awesome and got a great deal, love the mower and feel confident that if something happens the shop is 2 miles away vs dealing with some big box stores where you are just another nobody that doesn't matter.
