Almost no pain immediately after laparoscopic hernia repair. 4 weeks later getting back to my usual resistance and aerobic routine (carefully as I'm 70!). Still the odd minor twinge, which Dr Cameron says is normal at this stage. Hope to be 100% in a few more weeks.
