I lived there for 3 years. At first was great, not many issues. The last 2 years, there was constant water shut off's. Not too long ago, there was a hole in the ground by the sidewalk area that was left in the open from workers digging - a lot of children played out there as was, nonetheless someone could have fallen in the hole during the evening when it was not visible. We got our first car a few months back, we see lot of small scratches around my car because kids playing around it. The apartment managers and parents don’t seem monitor the children very well
People who live here community are miserable due to many problems.
They never fix anything. The girl in the office Dominic is a hood rat that has no customer service skills. There are shootings, Domestic Violence, leaking roofs, evictions for no valid reasons, car break ins, and a profanity speaking girl in the office. Shut this place down.
Outstanding BBQ!!! Samantha and Jack are awesome. Issues are fixed and addressed in a timely manner. Only good things to say.
I submitted an application in June 2021, I paid $410.00 this included the $50 application fee, $350 deposit, and $10 credit card processing fee. The following day a rep from Brookside Manor called me to let me know that she saw my application and that they did not have any apartments AVAILABLE until Sep. I was surprised because their website ALLOWED me to APPLY and PAY $410, I asked the rep "well then I should be refunded" and she said, that they would ONLY refund me $350, I said "you DID NOT PROCESS ANYTHING, you just loo... read more
