Kenny and Rachel worked me into their schedule yesterday and now I have an Aqua-Hot that is working perfectly!!!! These two are a classic example of hard working competent technicians that care about the quality of their work. It was a pleasure to spend time with them and watch them demonstrating their skills and expertise. Highly recommend them to be your first option for AH service if you are anywhere near Tucson.
He's way too hard to contact, he does not answer his phone, my husband has been leaving messages that we're in need of a repair with zero response from Mr. Cameron, so they're not so reliable from where we stand!! Therefore, they've lost two customers before they even got us as costomers.
Cameron stands 100% behind his work. We have had continuing problems with the Oasis Heating System since purchasing our 2017 Dutch Star Motorhome nine months ago. We have been camping in remote areas that have no reliable Oasis Techs. Ken and Racheal did a great job! They arrived ahead of time, got to work immediately. They inspected my fifth wheel and worked on the power distribution system. It was old and not keeping the battery charged. He updated the whole system, checked and repaired the hot water heater. I asked him to also check the refrigerant system to verify that the system will work on propane.
