We took our son into the ER for a minor issue expecting a resolution at a reasonable self-pay cost. The staff were courteous, but the visit consisted only of vitals and an X-ray, and we were advised to go elsewhere because no one was available to address my son’s condition. It's a shame that these people are running the ER. I went into the ER tonight having 104° fever, extreme sweating, pain behind eye down my neck. I thought I tested positive for COVID, so my partners mom urged me to go into be seen just in case sense I had a bad immune system. I go in there am sat on a bed for an hour no testing was done, I get sent home diagnosed with COVID. Told me I had a uti and “ku will tell you the same thing” currently hospitalized getting my gallbladder removed at ku they DID NOT have the same things to say :)

The dr insisted nothing was wrong with me when I’m screaming in pain my back hurts and it still does he tried saying “I’m just crazy” the nurse was great tho
