We took my girlfriends daughter here on Tuesday for a follow up appointment. We voiced some concerns we as her parent/guardian have noticed. The dr. Who I might add isn't even in office it's a zoom call asked to talk to her alone. Fine I get it but with her plan I am an emergency contact/ am on the HIPPA paperwork as to know what is going on with her. I had appointment April 2. This is now April 14, I was seen for sleep issues. The Dr Nicole said she’d have to check w my neurology to see if it was ok for me to take Lunesta my doctor sent 3 messages to her stating it was ok for me to take it. When I called Cameron psh they said never received any messages. They have done this before to me. So I’m stuck can’t get medicine I need because there to ignorant to look into the problem. I have been treated by Jeanette Cochran for the last 13 years. Although I have been treated by a couple of the other NP's, I will always go back to Jeanette (even if I have to wait 3-4 months to fit into her schedule). From day 1 she ordered the genetic testing and saved me a FORTUNE by being able to read what type of drugs would work best for me. Really love this hospital/ community of doctors. Have been with them since parkview of 2020 I’ve worked with a few prescribers and I always feel understood and helped in every way. It’s always an ease to know if a medicine isn’t working they are quick to respond and help. I love the ability to do online meetings as I struggle enough with anxiety and leaving the house is a task in itself. Highly recommend this facility.
