I recently had my vehicle’s wheel alignment done at Big O Tires, and I can honestly say it was the best alignment experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional—everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I came in for a simple nail/flat repair and was told it would take ~20 minutes. My car was pulled in about 15 minutes after I arrived, so I expected a quick turnaround. Instead, the visit stretched to over 1.5 hours. While my car was nearly finished, another vehicle was pulled in and received four-tire service before my single-tire repair was completed. Went there for assistance after Folsom big o made my tire alignment worse. They refused to help, they wanted me to go back to folsom. I left a review on the Folsom’s big o and they requested me to fill out a form to get back to me, I did and again my time was wasted as no one got back and my car still pulls heavily to the left worse then when I started. I will never look at this brand again.
