I have been a customer of this Big O location for almost 10 years now and have purchased about 7 sets of tires on my vehicles and my kids vehicles in that time. I have always had a good experience until this last year when they got a new owner. I have always had tire rotation and balance included with my tire purchases and had it done regularly, and was encouraged to keep up with that for the longevity of my tires. I had an unfortunate flat tire on my way home from work, and after a quick call to Big O Tires in Cameron Park, they told me to bring it right in. I showed up first thing in the morning, and within minutes my car was already being worked on. The team was friendly, efficient, and professional — they replaced my tire and completed an oil change in no time. Top notch crew! D’Vante and his crew took care of a valve stem issue on our fifth wheel trailer with professional and friendly courtesy. The techs powered through a tough situation and responded favorably to my concerns. They started work exactly at the appointment time and finished in a reasonable amount of time. This was my first visit, but I’ll be back!
