I would like to update a review I posted earlier regarding my appointment with Dr. Ruwanjali Gunasingha. At the time of my first visit, I misunderstood the process and, unfortunately, wrote a review that did not accurately reflect the care provided. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC !!! So far is The worst experience in my life. They have no courtesy!!! The receptionists are rude, the female doctor there is rude and also mean. Money come first in their business then everyone’s health!!! Wish I could give 0 stars!!!
I visited this clinic with the intention of getting a thorough set of blood tests and health checks done. As a 36-year-old male who trains regularly and takes my long-term health seriously, I wanted to be proactive rather than reactive. Unfortunately, the doctor dismissed my request, saying that men my age should only be tested every 2–5 years, and only if a problem arises. I had my first appointment with Dr. Karan and was very happy with him. I would recommend him to anyone.
Horrible GP practice. The receptionist is intimidating and loud. She doesn't know how to talk to sick patients, and her behaviour is heartbreaking. Please remove her from the practice, and it will make a big difference. It was a very bad experience for my family. My star rating would be zero there.
