Unfortunately this fella, as kind as he may be, completely screwed me over. He ASSUMED I was dropping a case I was lined up to win! We were set to go to trial, we had our “i’s dotted and our t’s crossed”. Somehow he let the case get dismissed by the courthouse as it had surpassed their time limit. It was delayed by a year due to an emergency surgery he had to have! (I understand emergency but that shouldn’t become a problem for me).
