Fast, down to earth and great aftercare. Air-matic suspension issue after a knock to the kerb pulling over for an Emergency Vehicle with blue lights flashing caused the cars Comfort / Sport suspension button to stick on Sports suspension mode permanently. Roy and his team are experts with Mercedes-Benz issues especially tricky and technical ones.
