I’ve been a patient at Cameron Medical for many years and feel extremely well taken care of. My doctor (Dr. Malhi) is warm, compassionate, and attentive. The same can be said about the staff who keep the place running, they all have a difficult and demanding job and still take the time to provide exceptional support.
Our family’s been patients of Dr.Buie since 2015. I’m surprised to read all these negative reviews since all the staff and the team of doctors there have been anything but wonderful. We also really appreciate Josey at the front desk for recognizing and remembering us right away whenever we call in despite the large volume of patients. We are treated like family at Cameron Medical :) Our family is so thankful to be taken care of by the Cameron Medical team!
Horrible, they lost my file. I found them to be rude in my interaction today. Even if they aren't able to help I expected a higher degree of compassion and professionalism, given they are being contacted in the context of people looking for help with medical conditions. I've noticed after receiving the response to my feedback, that the other responses are quite similar. It seems to me that there is a lack of accountability. I agree with the other reviews that they are unprofessional and very rude when on the phone. We are not taking new patients -> hangs up.
