Got into an accident in 2011. My insurance company as well as the insurance company for the car that hit me played a whole lot of games. They are complete liars. I have had an accident case with them since September 2013, it's is now January 2015 and I am still getting the runaround. I have left hundreds of messages they do not return phone calls and you will never get to speak to the actual attorney, it's always the assistants. I have been told that my case is waiting the insurance company's adjusters, which was a COMPLETE LIE!
