I have not seen Dr Koester personally but he has been working with my family member. He is a wonderful physician! Very attentive, listens to all things going on. We have complicated case and he is such a relief because he listens and cares about his patients. We actually cried. At the visit because we finally felt like a doctor was willing to tell us the truth, explain things so we understand and what we can do next. He also follows through on his word! Dr. Koester is incredible! He truly cares about his patients and does everything he can to make them feel comfortable and heard! He is extremely knowledgeable and explain things thoroughly to help his patients understand what is going on. I was extremely nervous going in to my appointment and he encouraged me to ask questions and made me feel at ease immediately. He treats you like family, and is honestly one of the best doctors I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Wish more doctors were like him! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!
