We’ve lived at Cameron Heights for 3 years now and couldn’t be more pleased. The apartments are clean, grounds well kept up and maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner. The managers are lovely.
Properly is clean and very well kept. Properly staff has been helpful and have been great to communicate with!

They used to raise rent by 10$ a month with every new lease. OK, that's understandable... For the last few years, They've raised rent by 50$ per month, every year. When I initially asked why, the apartment manager said "covid".... It is the year 2025. Covid isn't an excuse anymore for hiking up rent prices. There has been zero improvements made to warrant the rent increase, other than greed. Since the management lost Hannah and Steve, Cameron Heights is not somewhere you should look at moving to.
