Terrible operating procedures and management, we lived here 2 years, once me and my roommate were separating my girlfriend applied to move in to fill his place, they denied 2 forms of income, ignored all calls, and after peacefully leaving with the unit in tip top shape they sacked almost our entire deposit, if you care about your money and your time, do not live here!
We’ve lived at Cameron Heights for 3 years now and couldn’t be more pleased. The apartments are clean, grounds well kept up and maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner. The managers are lovely.
Properly is clean and very well kept. Properly staff has been helpful and have been great to communicate with!
