They used to raise rent by 10$ a month with every new lease. OK, that's understandable... For the last few years, They've raised rent by 50$ per month, every year. When I initially asked why, the apartment manager said "covid".... It is the year 2025. Covid isn't an excuse anymore for hiking up rent prices. Great apartment complex. It’s clean, my neighbors are decent and it has underground parking. That alone is gold for me. Staff is super friendly and maintenance is very courteous. For the price, it’s exactly what I need.
We have lived here for ten years. I have seen management come and go. I have never had an experience here that wasn’t addressed by management or other staff. They clean my carpets every year. They keep the grounds in excellent shape. Snow removal and salt in the winter is always prompt and they do a good job. My apartment is spacious and they have updated a lot since I moved in, such as new countertops and flooring in the bath and kitchen, new lighting, new blinds… and our maintenance requests are handled quickly.
