Payed Joe to put ac in my house in March figure I would be the rush he said we will come back when it’s hot and turn it on and check it it got hot and he didn’t come tell I called him and turned it on it won’t keep up can keep the house below 72 runs all day long he told me I needed more vent so I said come do them that took mouths of calls to get him back to do that and now that there are more vents it still can’t keep up now he won’t return calls to fix is mistake never pay a man tell the job is truly done what a crook

My friends have been waiting for a new gas valve for their furnace for two months. Joe from Cameron Heating and Air Conditioning said he would order the part and have it installed back in September. Initially they were told there was a delay in the part delivery but after waiting weeks with no resolution, Cameron Heating and A/C stopped taking their calls and has completely ignored all of their messages. We had our furnace go out last week. Called a couple of other local companies and no response. We were referred to Kevin at Cameron Heating and he popped over right away after his service call he was on. Diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. Said would be about a week. Called right as he got the part. Came over and put in and now we have heat. Great service and cost was way less than anticipated.

I really wish I could give zero stars for how pathetic this business is. I remember receiving great timely service years ago, but this year on Sept 17 I called because my furnace wasn't working. Joe was quick to answer and stopped by within a few hours. He looked things over and determined it was a bad gas valve, but he did not have a replacement and would get one ordered.
