Bottom line lacks a lot
I worked here with OPA Staffing (OPA is a SCAM). I gave them two stars because I love their memory care unit and the residents. That's where it ends. It's constantly understaffed, Keith (whom I've never met but does the scheduling) CONSTANTLY cancels shifts. THEY ONLY HAVE AGENCY IN THE BUILDING. When agency outweighs actual staff, you know there is an issue smh. No communication across the board and I didn't get paid today for October 20th shift.
If you are looking for a place that feels like home, this is it. From the second you walk through the doors and see Dasha’s smiling face, you know you have found the perfect community. She welcomes every family member by name and always goes above and beyond. She represents how the rest of the care staff is. I’m always greeted and smiled at while walking down the hallway and you can really tell they care about their residents. Cameron Hall is a hidden gem tucked away in the heart of Canton.
