They do t fix their appliances for their people that live there. My mother has had a stove that’s not working. According to the law. Landlords have only 30 days to fix an appliance. Then rent can be withhold until fixed.
The manager is not truthful and will do things to ruin your reputation. Maintenance concerns not taken care of but rigged to run creating other problems.
