Dr. Gongwer was very friendly and helpful. We had to wait a while, but we were treated with respect and dignity. Would definitely go back!

Dr. Gongwer was focused on listening to my symptoms and provided my husband and I with good medical advice and thorough information for prescribed meds. good bedside manor, didnt make me feel dumb and even though the wait was long because they were busy it went pretty fast after getting a toom
I was very impressed by the nurse that took my Vitals, and the Doctor that helped me.I have a lot going on with me , Sinus Issues, Trigeminal Nueralgia, , so l was in pain , and my High Blood Pressure has been an Issue. I was tested for COVID and l was Negative, which l was Achey all over, so l thought l might have it. He said if l wasn’t better in a couple of days to come back., hopefully l won’t have to. The place is very clean, busy, but you know they are knowledgeable and kind.
I was a walk in at 6:40 p.m. First time at this SBClinic. (Patient in this system, however). Expected the worst, as most after hours clinics I’ve attended usually are. My experience from check in through nurse and doctor- all wonderful. Doctor took his time. Thorough and helpful with my illness.
