I absolutely love this gym! It’s the perfect home-town spot — always clean, and welcoming. The classes are great, with options for all levels. I also love the little extras, from the merch to the fun treats they offer — it makes the experience feel personal and community-oriented. The windows always decorated with a seasonal theme too! Grateful to have this place in town!

Great investment and a great gym
I've been a member for about a year and a half. Recently, the gym sold, and is now cleaner and in better order than ever, under the new ownership. The machines all work and are in good repair. They have free classes for seniors and a free yoga class for anyone! The staff makes everyone feel welcome!
