Had a great experience with Sarah and the team at Cameron Dental. They were all really caring and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Sarah was great at explaining things and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Definitely recommend them if you’re after a dentist who takes the time and really looks after you
I suffer from PTSD. Clearly Sarah Cameron did not review my patient records. I had a panic attack the first time I saw her which included me shaking, hyperventilating and crying uncontrollably. I shared with her receptionist why I had this reaction-Sarah took my feedback personally rather than understanding my reaction from a trauma perspective. Long story short, she sacked me as a client. Luckily I have found a new dentist who understands my trauma background because she bothered to ask and who makes me feel safe.
I hadn't gone to a dentist in years after a poor experience. I can safely say that Cameron Dental Care will be seeing me more regularly from now on! I had a wisdom tooth causing grief and the lovely receptionist, Anyha worked her magic to have me seen quickly. She genuinely cared about my wellbeing and was accommodating to my busy schedule. I am really nervous about dentists and all of the staff in the clinic were wonderful with me. Made me feel at ease. Sarah the dentist was wonderful in explaining everything , making sure I was comfortable to the point that I didn't even know that she was finished removing my teeth. They were great with follow up and got me in a few days later when an problem appeared and I was in pain and fixed the problem. I would recommend this dental clinic to anyone. The best experience I have ever had at a dentist.
