People are nice but their methods are stuck in the past and don’t seem to care. I downloaded the TxT app to renew my license and registrations for my vehicle and my wife’s. Both have disabled Veteran plates (not just DV). The DMV charged me both plates, but one is exempt. I called them and want me to take off the plates and bring them in, for some reason. I emailed and spoke with a clerk there to ask if I can provide the registration receipts, my VA disability letter and my DD214….. nope, nothing. Thanks team👍

I had to wait 2 hrs in line they need more staff to work specially during lunch hours everyone gone no ome answers phone either
