We recently had a window issue with our new Crusader and stopped in at Cameron’s Caravans in Adelaide, what a fantastic experience! Stuart went above and beyond to help us, and the technician/engineer was absolutely superb, spending a great deal of time sourcing the right parts and finding the perfect fix. These guys are brilliant. Aaron has provided assistance or advice on three or four occasions now to get us out of trouble. Once even on New Year’s Eve! The latest example was when I called up on a Saturday afternoon after discovering I had water leaking under the fridge. We were leaving the next morning. Aaron’s dad got me to bring the van down to their workshop and they both worked on it to fix the problem; even though they had a truck load of new vans arrive and were preparing for the Adelaide caravan and camping show. Oh wow. The service in this place was incredible. We had smashed the oven cover inside our crusader, I called to a lovely lady who was concerned enough to pass us onto Craig. Craig helped find a new one but unfortunately it didn’t fit. After coming back a young man offered us another one and even offered to replace it for us! Thank you so much for your help!
