From the time the crew came until the time I paid the bill to the owner , it was an unprofessional process. The crew was loud, swearing and cussing; so much so that the neighbors complained to me. The wife of the lead roofer was doing a great job clearing roofing nails from my lawn, but then they got into an argument and he sent her home. Cameron Bros Exteriors was not timely in responding to phone calls. We had to leave multiple voicemails before a return call. Even months later we have leaking in our bedroom and we've called twice last week with no return call yet. As far as the work goes, my wife asked if a tarp was needed inside our home to ensure debris doesn't enter the home during the skylight replacement. I am disappointed over the wrong pricing and communication. They needed to replace plywood and remove existing , the foreman quoted me 3000.00 for the materials etc. then when it was time to pay the job Matt came with over 1000.00 more then I was told was going to cost me, I don’t think it’s fair to misinform the customer and Cameron bros told me they should have never told me pricing but there was no one else that contacted me about the cost of the wood.
