The business manager/notary, Thomas Duck, for Kama'aina Motors forged a POA while not in my presence, the finance manager at the time, Kelson Minemoto, who has recently been fired according to what the GM, Joseph Hawk, told the police on 1/25/18, verifies this via text and sold my vehicle that was in the process of being sent back to the manufacturer, FCA, as requested by the manufacturer under the lemon law. WORST repair shop EVER! They charged us $120 and quoted our vehicle needed $2K to 5K+ in repairs. They act nice and seem knowledgeable when you initially take your vehicle in, but, they don't have a clue what they are doing! Thank god I did some further checking! All it really needed was a $200 part that took 5 minutes to install! NOT ONE of the parts they said were bad needed to be repaired or replaced! They are totally clueless and will rip you off! Do yourselves a Huge favor and read reviews BEFORE taking your vehicle any... read more

The price was right, the people and the service was far from it!! They don't return calls, they have alot of miscommunication. You talk to several people. as soon as they get their money, they don't care what happens after that. Over-all a bad company. I wont recommend these "sales men" to ANY ONE!!! and good luck if you do. and don't think that pulling management in will help, cause thats a joke!!!!
