Only giving it one star because giving a review with zero stats isn't an option. The list of rules and regulations are absurd. I received a notice on my door the day I moved in with the rules and the fines associated with disobeying the rules. A few examples that I have been fined for. no socializing with neighbors in the apartments. (A neighbor is not aloud to come over. the cops will be called) absolutely NOTHING on Sundays (examples laundry, moving, music playing etc) no playing outside in the complex at anytime because y... read more
