Great quality. I have just moved house and have mixed a sofa from Camerich with some of the design classics. Looks amazing.
I visited the Waterloo showroom of Camerich and met Joanna who was amazingly helpful. They did not have in the store what I was looking for but Joanna helped me design 2 sofas that were perfect for my apartment and had them delivered in a very quick time frame.The sofas are very good quality. Joanna gave the best professional service. The delivery went very smoothly. My experience with Camerich has been excellent.
We purchased an armchair from Camerich this year and I found the service from the Manager Isabelle to be outstanding. Isabelle was extremely attentive, helpful and provided brilliant advice while we were deciding on different products and fabrics. In the end we settled on an armchair that we absolutely love. Thank you Camerich and Isabelle for such wonderful service and great products. It has been a pleasure from start to finish. Looking forward to our next purchase.
I thought the best review I could write is to make public the email that I sent to head office, which subsequently went unanswered. See below: I am writing to you to express deep disappointment at the customer service that I received from the manager of the St Leonards store. The manager, Isabelle, was extremely rude and impolite to me and has done your brand a great disservice.
