I am regretting not taking a look at the reviews for Camera Wholesalers before making the hour trip along with sitting in traffic. Without that information, I went in there looking to sell some old cameras/gear with a smile on my face, and a great attitude. Two orders canceled without explanation after about a week, and it required me to reach out checking on status for anything to happen. Items marked ‘in stock’ on website. If you need reliability or customer service, would highly recommend another site.
They essentially stole my money. I purchased a spare battery for my canon DSLR. The battery they sent wouldn’t charge past 66% of a full charge. After a few emails they agreed to replace it. I sent the defective battery back, but never sent me a replacement. Last email the replied to was in Dec ‘25 from someone named Toby. They’ve ignored 3 emails after that. It’s been 9 months and they still have not sent me a replacement battery. Buyer beware. Not a trustworthy company.
Came for a passport photo. They no longer do them and need to update their website. Staff was friendly and tried to suggest other places that might be able to help.
I did not receive the batteries I ordered. While customer service was initially quick and helpful, saying they would ask for a replacement to be shipped out, after that first reply they just went silent.
