I did not receive the batteries I ordered. While customer service was initially quick and helpful, saying they would ask for a replacement to be shipped out, after that first reply they just went silent.
I ordered Cannon Elph battery pack and charger for my trip. I ordered on 12/23 evening and paid $69.99 extra for 2 day delivery. I understand there was a holiday but the shipment status has been in pre-shipment for 3 days. I emailed the company, haven’t received any response and now my delivery date is 1/2/2026. BUYER BEWARE!!! They have Horrible customer service. TBH, Horrible service in general. You would think an online store could fulfill basic orders. But they don’t have their crap together. I placed an order 2 weeks ago. Received a confirmation email then nothing for DAYS. I reached out and they replied with this email. They never addressed my concerns ab not receiving my order. Needless to say I emailed them to cancel my order. Will update if they do not.
Purchased a remote from them - expected shipping was 2-5 days; it took that long for them to process, received after a week. I also received an email to confirm that I received my package before it was delivered. Once we got it we realized we had ordered the wrong one so i immediately contacted them to see about returning. Terrible! I ordered from this place because it's an authorized seller of Canon. I really hope that changes to save anyone the headache. I placed a $2k order. According to their website orders ship within a couple days with 2 day expedited shipping. We'll, it's been over a week now and it still hasn't shipped. I email them and get told they are sending my email to their shipping department but nothing. I email again, nothing. You cannot reach anyone via phone. They don't answer.
