Felt I was dealing with a scam website. I placed an order for a lens as it said it would be delivered in 2-5 business days. After waiting for a couple of days without any update, I emailed them (no phone number - they are running a business like this in 2025) asking about a status update. No one replied. I kept emailing them explaining the situation and finally someone responded with one of the most useless responses I have ever seen - something like "I cannot guarantee that it will be delivered". Completely unprofessional and impossible to get in touch with someone. And when you finally do get in touch with somebody good luck getting somebody who cares enough about customer experience to actually assist you. Would give zero stars if it were a thing. Laughable. “Sorry to hear that” is CRAZY!
I have been trying for over a week to purchase something on their online shop. The website will not let me check out and there is no one to get a hold of. I tried calling, but they only communicate by email, and the one response I received was short and did not answer my question.
