I had an excellent experience at Camera House Kotara. The team was professional, efficient, and incredibly easy to deal with. I needed passport photos done quickly, and they were able to accommodate me on the spot without any hassle. They have the ability to provide U.S.-size passport photos, which isn’t always easy to find. The whole process was fast, smooth, and handled with great attention to detail. Highly recommend their service if you’re after quality, speed, and professionalism.
Always great service and advice
We took a VHS tape to Camera House yesterday to be transferred to a jump drive. We were quoted $40 to transfer and $10 for the jump drive. We were told if the tape wasn’t any good then we wouldn’t be charged. When we went to pick it up today (one day later) we were told the jump drive had gone up overnight to $24.99. 150% in one day!!! The identical jump drive is for sale at Kmart for $14. And to top it off the vision on the new drive was staggered and shaky and obviously not checked by the staff member.
