Requested a price match on a camera because this retailer was charging $1,200 more than a competitor. I was particularly frustrated because when I visited the store over the weekend to inspect the camera, I was specifically told they would price match that retailer. When it came time to buy, they refused. Wanted to buy locally but guess I will have to purchase from a different retailer in Sydney. Disappointing customer service.
