Do waste your time with this store , I rang , asked if they were busy or not so that i could understand / trouble shoot a problem with a lens that I had purchased online from them. The person I was speaking to had no idea, no knowledge of the lens, clueless. I asked to speak to the manager, was told that the manager was free but she chose not to talk to me because she was multitasking. Poor service , rude , no time for questions that don't relate to another sale , do not waste your time dealing with this store
Great service and very helpful when I need assistance with my on camera flash. Had it sorted in minutes.
Waisted my time, I needed help retrieving photos from my sd card and they told me it was a 30 min wait, I waited went back inside and they told me they couldn’t do it as they had a “bigger project” and they didn’t have time to help me. If they were honest and said how long it really woulda taken that would be fine but they need to get there priorities straight and not waist customers time. Went to another shop and was able to receive the help I needed!
There’s an Asian man there that rip people off don’t go here. Charges $50 for just a passport photo what a joke
