A year ago I bought a telescope from Camera House midland, staff were lovely in helping me work out what I was after. A month ago I thought that the mount had developed a crack, because of the time between purchase and the issue, I wasn't sure if it'd be covered under warranty. Brought it in anyway, someone took the mount away, and spent half an hour tinkering with it. Many thanks to Russell for happily price matching a competitor. Despite living nearby, I had never been to the Midland store before as I have been a loyal customer of another store. After today’s service and seeing the stock available in-store, Camera House Midland has earned another customer.
The most friendly and helpful staff you will find. There's always people to help out, research products and will bend over backwards to find what you're looking for. They stock a huge range of products too. So refreshing!
