I bought a nice camera from here. The sale was easy. I was happy with the service i received. Overall the transaction was wonderful.
Handed in my film and paid the extra money to get it developed within an hour making the total around $30. It took just over 2 hours and I didn’t receive all of my film. This has not only happened to me but 2 of my friends and after contacting them telling them that I’m missing film they said “We have sent all the images that worked”. They say this yet in the original message when they sent “all” of my film, 2 images hadn’t properly developed giving me the impression that this is a lie and that they’ve lost my. Popped into camera house today on my day off to get help with an ongoing issue I have had with my dji drone. Staff were a pleasure to deal with. Solved my problem and I left with a smile. Old school service. Thanks guys, Joel
The guys are 1st class and very knowledgeable in photography have great customer service and actually care about their customers and what our needs are and what they can offer us to meet that need within a budget. I recommend them and CH highly.
