Wanted to purchase a camera that was displayed on the website as in stock. There was nothing about it being on pre-order. The gentleman who contacted me was very condescending and rude. He did not want to help or offer any other assistance. I will never purchase from him or this company ever again—disgusting customer service.

This was the best find; and I wasn’t even looking! I was visiting the outdoor shop next door for some items for a Gorilla trek. I knew I needed binoculars, but thought one of the large electronics retailers might do. I’m so glad to be proven wrong! I forgot his name, but the expertise and enthusiasm the staff member served me with, was just a joy! He gave me products of all price levels to try, and I literally saw the light. I recently visited Camera House in Leederville and had a really positive experience with the staff—they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, which made the purchasing process enjoyable. I genuinely learned a lot during my visit and appreciated the time they took to assist me.
