I first enquired at Leederville Camera House back in April about the Fujifilm X100VI, and they were upfront in letting me know it was on an extremely heavy back order, with an estimated wait time of 3–6 months. So nice! Wanted to print a photo, long wait for self serve as some people were in for the long haul. A lovely staffer offered to print the photo for me, was done perfectly. Thank you so much for the great customer experience!
Super quick turnaround getting my film developed and kind staff!
Wanted to purchase a camera that was displayed on the website as in stock. There was nothing about it being on pre-order. The gentleman who contacted me was very condescending and rude. He did not want to help or offer any other assistance. I will never purchase from him or this company ever again—disgusting customer service.
