while initial in store dealings fell short, in terms of communication, I can only say I am exceedingly grateful for the tenacity and perseverance of Grace who tracked down photos / negatives that had gone astray - it was like finding a needle in a haystack, but she did it. Thank you so much, and to Ethan who despite being a recent employee, ably assisted in the search. A definite 5 stars.

This place was highly recommended for ID photos and it did not disappoint. The service was quick but there was a bit of a wait for the photo printing. The good thing is that they allow for retakes. The staff are very helpful, courteous and apologetic for the wait as the printer required restarting. This is a busy store at peak times so be mindful and prepared to wait a little longer.

Very bad experience. When we took passport size photo of my new born they did not cut the photos as single but just handed over to as whole page. I was in a rush so I just accepted it by hearing their excuses. Photo quality was also bad. Better to go some where else!! Never be their again!
