A big thank you to Steve from Camera House Geelong. Recently purchased a camera which unfortunately did not turn on out of the box (manufacturer issue). Steve had it inspected before I even had a chance to call up and see if it had been examined, and had it sent off for warranty asap the following day. I was kept up-to-date with the process and within a few days had a replacement camera. Very much appreciated and will happily keep supporting this local business.
Great customer service and range of products. Highly recommend buying anything photography related from them, they are the experts in this field. As good as the harvey Normans and JB hifis are, they cant beat the range of products and knowledge of these store workers.
Chelsea in the photo lab is a magician! She has cropped and enlarged 2 photos for me for my upcoming wedding, as well as adding filters, etc I asked for. Highly recommend her for any assistance with older photos for restoring to then display. If you go here, go straight up the back to see her. I got told by a staff member at the front of the store to go online to do what I wanted but online didn't work at all, and to get a "better quality photo" to do what I wanted. So I emailed it to Chelsea and she worked her magic!

Poor service. I came in looking to get a camera repaired as it will no longer turn on, I was especially told that there is nothing they can do and anyone else I go to will not touch it so I might as-well try and fix it myself cause it’s not going to get more broken than it already is
