I had an incredibly upsetting experience here. I trusted this business with irreplaceable footage of my late father, paying several hundred dollars for digitisation and mould cleaning. I paid for tapes to be cleaned, but they were returned still covered in mould. Consequently, the digital files are unwatchable. I was charged for work that was never done!
