I had such a positive experience at this store. Daniel and Nathan helped me choose between two Olympus DSLR’s. No sales pressure at all, just gave me some some ideas/thoughts. Then left me to make up my mind in my own time. Which took a fair while. (Sorry guys). Thanks for letting me do that and make the right decision as it was an expensive purchase for me. Much appreciated. I’ve just been back again to buy a lens, different staff - same fantastic experience. Thank you.
I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Camera House Drummoyne. I brought my 2‑year‑old granddaughter in for passport photos, and as you can imagine, it wasn’t a quick process. Nathan and another staff member (whose name I unfortunately missed) were absolutely outstanding. They showed remarkable patience, kindness, and professionalism throughout the entire experience. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect photos. Exceptional customer service from start to finish
