The team are SO GOOD! Brace yourself, there’s a story. I ordered an extra Rode mic for my set as a click and collect. Unfortunately when I took it home, it was DOE and wouldn’t charge. I sent the team an email and Matt H was amazing. He suggested bringing it in and I did. He then ran some tests and sure enough, it was faulty. Without missing a beat, he opened another they had in stock to check it was working before replacing the faulty one. Unfortunately, that was also faulty. What are the chances!? Availed a service for a passport photo. There was no chance of taking other photo coz the guy is hard to talk to, seems rushing to finish with just one shot. Came the result, its not really a good photo or even compliant for the visa requirement. Wasted money.

Staff dont know about the products they sell. Customers support is also really bad, with a faulty product they sold. My recommendation is go in there look at the product to see if it will would for you, then just but it online from Amazon or the brands website.
