I was just in your shop at Chermside and received amazing customer service. Unfortunately I didn't get the young ladies name she had long dark hair. She went above and beyond to assist me. I would like to say thank you so much.
The lovely woman who worked there was incredibly helpful, I think her name is Aylana. She was helping me chose the right lens and as I am a complete novice to photography, she took time, to explain the basics to me and also to advise on which lens was the best option for me based on my interests. She was absolutely wonderful, ended up buying the one she recommended. Her approach is absolutely stellar and she makes you feel taken care of. Would recommend 10/10 A++++
Matt H sold me the 16mm, the tripod and then several weeks back I went to get my rode mic as the native camera mic was no good. Each time he doesn’t get me to overspend and literally gives me the budget I need. Thanks Matt!! I park at the same place at Westfield and then head on down it’s like clock work!! Sure I can buy on Amazon but sometimes I just need to see it in person and ask a human questions — Matt is that guy!!
Went in today for some passport photos. I got served by a taller guy with glasses. He had an excellent demeanour. He was friendly, explained the service clearly, professional, efficient and awesome to deal with. Good customer service is starting to become rare these days, but he showed it.
