I went to this store to get my passport photos taken and printed and the team there were very helpful. The photos high quality and they printed the photos on the spot! Unfortunately, the staff working at the local post office were very difficult with my photo submission, but the staff at Camera House were very understanding and showed me that the photo was to the books when I returned. I went to another post office and sure enough, they accepted it no problems!
I am completely unacceptable with how this business operates. They hit me with a hidden $10 charge for the digital version, which was absolutely never communicated beforehand. Worse yet, the physical prints are completely unusable. The photo paper is of such appallingly low quality that the white background is completely discoloured with a yellow tint. “Linda went out of her way to help us with a camera battery needed for a birthday party. She was incredibly helpful and even took the time to charge the battery while we drove to the camera shop. Her kindness and willingness to go the extra mile made a big difference and saved the day. Excellent service and truly appreciated!”
