Honestly, they were not very nice at all. The first man was bored and pretty unfriendly. He didn't seem to know much about what I was after either? The second man seemed a tad friendlier at first, but then was snappy when I asked a clarifying question, told me incorrect information (he said they do not sell the pink Rode Handheld adapter for Wireless Micro separately, when they very much do), and when I said "thanks" and left because it was clear I was not getting the correct info, he made some noise as I left like I was the... read more
Disappointed. Had a disposable camera developed and was not told at pick up that around 9 photos were grey. It wasn’t until I got home and checked the photos, I realised this. When I called asking why this had happened and why I wasn’t informed at the time of pick up, the person responded with “we just develop and send them out”. Pretty vague. Whatever the issue was, I’m just not sure why I wasn’t informed at pick up. Wouldn’t recommend.
Absolutely unacceptable passport photo service. I brought my son here for a passport photo, submitted it, and it was rejected. I went back to the store, and they retook it at no charge, which I appreciated at the time. Unfortunately, that photo was rejected as well. I decided to give them one final chance. I returned for a third time had another photo taken submitted it and once again, REJECTED!! Three separate visits. Three separate photos. Developed multiple rolls of film in December of 2025 and did not receive an email or text for the rolls once developed. Staff said this is now lost forever as they delete from the drive regularly. I would avoid like the plague getting film developed here - if it does come, it often takes over 4 weeks and images frequently come back black. Overall, disappointing film services.
We went in to get help with printing a specific size image & Rick was such a help. He came up with an even better idea for what we were using the image for & then did the guillotining for us while we waited. So helpful .. recommend!
