Film doesn’t get processed in store anymore. My roll was sent out so it took a little longer than expected, which was okay. But then it got sent back to the store to be scanned. Every frame was cropped, crooked or blank. On a half-frame roll I should’ve been sent around 72 frames but got emailed 45. I didn’t receive any explanation or a rescan. Pretty disappointing
I had a great experience at this service. Rick was incredibly patient and spent a long time helping me resolve an issue with my photos. He made sure everything was printed perfectly and did not charge me extra for the extra work involved. I really appreciate his kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended!
